Shipping (Within the US)
We strive to ship orders within 2-4 business days of when they are placed (usually sooner).
Please keep in mind our facilities are closed on the weekends, so orders placed after business hours on Friday and throughout the weekend will be shipped in the order they were received starting on Monday at the beginning of our business day.
We ship using USPS to any US address. We will send you a shipping confirmation email once your order has left our warehouse. We do ship to PO Boxes, but they require us to ship USPS, causing a longer transit time.
For all orders the shipping flat rate costs $4.99US.
Preorders:We offer preorders on a limited basis and each product available for preorder is clearly marked. These products are expected to ship on/near the date specified but cannot be guaranteed to ship on a given date. After placing a preorder, we will keep you informed on any potential delays in fulfillment if/when they arise. If placing a preorder in addition to other in stock products, we will partially ship your order to fulfill all items available at the time of purchase.

Due to the increased order volume, the standard shipping to US may be slightly delayed.
Also we have choosen the cheaping method of shipping to ensure customer will cost least at our store but sometimes it’s also the reason your order(s) is delayed, so please understand for us.
Due to the wildfire in parts of CA and severe weather in AZ, and of course the covid-19, delivery of orders in Canyon Dam, Greenville and Youngtown may be delayed. We appreciate your patience!
